Half Trail Half Road 8K Update
August 13, 2011 Race starts at the mouth of City Creek Canyon at 8:00 AM.Park at the State Capitol and have a warm up run to the start(about ¾ of a mile) so give yourself plenty of time.

When you get there, you will receive your running bib number
and T-shirt.

Awards and snacks after the race.

Be ready for anything.

See you bright and early Saturday.
