Field Limited to 300 riders

You cannot use the entry form provided in the Sports-Am web site,

it MUST be a USA CYCLING Release - Entry Form (Link provided below).

You can sign up at Canyon Bicycles Millcreek, 3969 S. Wasatch Blvd.

Pay by check, cash or money order only, no credit cards.

If you do not have a current USA Cycling License you will be

able to purchase a one year or day licenses at the bike shop.

WHEN REGISTERING AT THE BIKE SHOP

1. SHOW YOUR CURRENT 2009 USA CYCLING LICENSE

2. EACH PARTICIPANT NEEDS TO SHOW UP, FRIENDS OR

TEAMS MEMBERS CAN NOT SIGN UP OTHERS RACERS,

THEY MUST BE PRESENT TO SHOW THERE LICENSE OR

PURCHASE ONE AT THE BIKE SHOP. NO EXCEPTION.

If you register at Canyon Bicycles Millcreek on Wasatch Blvd.

you will receive your bib number and your chip while

you are there, USA Cycling said you do not need to

check in on race day:

If it's not possible to register at the bike shop do the following:

1. Click on usacycling.org/forms/rider(Below Sports-Am Add)
2. Type in all the information and print the form
3. On the top right hand corner write in your CAT/category
4. If Filling out the form by hand PRINT LEGIBLY
5. DO NOT SEND IN THE ENTRY / RELEASE FORM WITHOUT IT BEING FULLY FILLED OUT, WITH YOUR 2009 USAC LICENSE NUMBER AND RELEASE SIGNED.
6. Mail entry-release form with your check or money order (no credit cards) payable to:

2. Men CAT 3
3. Men Masters 35+
4. Women Cat 1/2/3
5. Men CAT 4
6. Men Masters 45+ & 55+
7. Men CAT 5
8. Men Masters B 35+ (cat 3/4/5)
9. Women CAT 4 & 35+
10.Juniors 12-14, 15-16, 17-18 ride 14 miles, Junior gears required

Medals are awarded up to 3rd place in all categories.

Race held under USA Cycling permit # 2009-1067 UCA POINTS RACE

The course begins at East Canyon Resorts, past Henifer, past the Croydon turn off and goes to the I 80 off ramp where we turn around and head back to East Canyon Resorts, an out and back course with rolling terrain, a few good climbs and finish at the gate on the north side of Big Mountain, 1 miles south of East Canyon Resorts. The course is 60 miles long. Women Category 4 go 40 mile race.

NO CARS ALLOWED AT THE FINISH

ROAD IN DISREPAIR IN SEVERAL LOCATIONS

THIS IS A SELF SUPPORTING RACE NO SUPPORT AVAILABLE

If the East Canyon road from Emigration Canyon is be closed "Options"

* Go up Parley's Canyon, past Park City, exit on I-84 exchange to Ogden, look for East Canyon exit, at Henefer and go to East Canyon Resorts

* Go up Weber Canyon, exit at Morgan and proceed to East Canyon Resorts.

* Go up Parley's Canyon, exit at Jeremy Ranch and cross over on the Jeremy Ranch dirt road (very bumpy, and can be muddy) pass at your own risk.

Sports-Am reserves the right to adjust the race schedule, combine categories, etc. based on the number of participants.

All participants must wear approved helmets at all times while riding.
